How do I cancel my subscription?

There is a button to cancel or pause your subscription at the bottom of the email you received when you joined. Alternatively, send us an email and we will cancel it for you.

Styling Services

Do you style for all occasions?

Yes! The 925Styled Experience is whatever you need! Workwear, occasion wear, everyday outfits. You let me know what you need and you will be styled for that occasion with full outfits handpicked for your shape and budget.

How long will it take until I receive my Personalised Style Profile?

Once you complete your Style Survey, you will receive your Personalised Style Profile within 7 business days.

What happens after I pay for The 925 Styled Experience?

Once you chose your package and make your payment, a confirmation page will be generated. Here, you will find a link to complete your Style Survey. Once your Style Survey is completed, you will receive your Personalised Style Profile within 7 business days.

What happens after I complete my Style Survey?

Once you complete your Style Survey, you will receive a “Congratulations, you’ve been 925 Styled!” email with a link to your Personalised Style Profile, within 7 business days.

When you receive your email, you simply click on the link to view your Style Profile.

Once you have viewed your Style Profile, the first thing you should do is “Shop your Wardrobe” to see what pieces you already have that will work with the looks chosen for you eg: you may already have a great pair of jeans so may only need to purchase the top and shoes. There is no point buying new items that you may already have so, shop your wardrobe first and see what works.

Next, open your Style Profile again and scroll down to find your 925 Styled Outfits. Click on the words under each picture eg: “top” to shop each product. Shop your favourites as soon as you can, to avoid them selling out.

What if items recommended for me in my Style Profile are sold out when I go to buy them?

I can guarantee that all items are available in your size when you are sent your Style Profile. However, I do not have control over stock levels in the individual shops. If you shop the items within 24 hours and they are no longer in your size, just send an email to hello@925style.ie and I will send you an alternative asap.

If I pick the 3 or 5 outfit package, can the outfits be mixed 2 for work, 1 for casual?

Yes, of course! Again, it can be whatever you need. In the Style Survey there will be a space at the end where you can specify the way you would like your Style Profile done ie: 2 work, 1 casual or whatever it may be. 

What if I don’t like any of the outfits?

If, on the rare occasion that you don’t like any of the outfits selected for you, then simply send us an email at hello@925style.ie and we will work together to find you something you love and feel great in. We would discus in more detail what you are looking for/styles you love and find you the perfect pieces!

What if you buy the experience, purchase the clothes but feel they don’t suit. Can you get a refund in that case?

We don’t offer refunds but we only ever want to help you to look and feel your best. That is what this is all about so we never want to leave you unsatisfied with your experience. Contact us at hello@925style.ie and we would work together in more detail to find out your exact style and find the perfect pieces for you.

Do you have specific websites/stores that you use, or is it  a mix of everything? 

We are not tied to any specific stores so every online shop is at your disposal. That way we can really find the absolute best outfits to have you looking and feeling amazing.

I am on a budget, can I use this service?

Of course! The outfits chosen are handpicked and styled specifically for your shape, size, occasion and budget. In your Style Survey you let me know what you usually pay for each item eg: top, trousers etc. and your stylist will find you pieces within that budget.

What sizes do you cater for?

There are no limits on sizing. The 925Styled Experience is for anyone who wants to look and feel their best.

Do you cater for maternity wear?

Yes, of course. I have styled several ladies who needed maternity wear, be it, for everyday wear, work wear or any occasion. The 925 Styled Experience is for everyone and for every occasion.

Do you style men?

Yes, I have styled several men. When you purchase, I will send you a separate email with additional questions eg: neck size, trousers waist size etc. that is not included in the generic Style Survey. 

I have a gift voucher, how do I redeem?

If you received a hard copy gift voucher, on the top right hand corner you will see a red number. Go onto 925style.ie and choose which style package your voucher is valued to. Add it to cart as if you were buying it. At checkout enter the number on your gift voucher in the slot that says ‘coupon’ and click ‘apply coupon’. Proceed to checkout and a link to your Style Survey will be generated.

If you received your gift voucher through email, the link to your Style Survey is in the email. If you have any issues, just send us an email and we will send you your Style Survey asap.

Subscription Service

When you sign up for the Body Shape Subscription, you will receive an email with a handpicked, curated selection of the best fashion online, that you can purchase right now, that will flatter YOUR specific body shape. You will receive this email on the 30th of every month. The recurring payment will take place on the date you subscribed. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
